Data Protection

Registration records are stored securely using industry-standard practices. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Encryption

All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS). Exhibitor payments are handled by PayPal, which is certified at PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification.

File Uploads

Company logo uploads are restricted to PNG, JPG, and WEBP formats with a maximum size of 2MB. Uploaded files are scanned and stored securely.

Incident Response

In the event of a data breach affecting California residents, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours as required by California law.
